At the May meeting, the PTO voted to get an incredible amount of technology needed for our school! There will be 30 i-pad Mini’s used with an i-pad document stands and a reflector software. These upgrades are very exciting for Pyrtle. This is in sync with what LPS is recommending as the next phase for our growth in technology.
The two classroom’s selected by a drawing to receive the complete set up were 2nd and 3rd. (one upper and one lower grade) These classrooms will also receive new projectors for the classrooms.
In-order to enable all the other classrooms to use the I-pad mini as a document camera, we needed to add a stand to their set-up. This means 6 classrooms will be mobile with both their lap top and I-Pad and another 20 will be mobile with just their I-Pad.
Otterbox cases were also ordered.
